One patient.One record.Every care team.
MHNexus links hospitals, clinics, labs and patients through one shared record. It updates itself. It stays secure even at national size. Every care team sees the same picture, right when it matters.
Hospitals and clinics share patient records with each other in one agreed format. It is secure and it grows with demand. A doctor anywhere reads the same patient story.

SEC/02 · ONE JOURNEY, END TO END
The record follows Siti.
Follow Siti through four moments of care. At each stop, her record is already there. This is what a connected system looks like in real life.

CHECKPOINT 01 · THE CLINIC
A routine visit, captured once
Siti visits her local clinic with a cough that will not go away. Signing in takes seconds. Her details, allergies and history are already there. The doctor writes up the visit, orders an X-ray and refers her to the district hospital. Nothing is printed, faxed or typed again.

CHECKPOINT 02 · THE REFERRAL
Her record arrives before she does
At the hospital, the specialist opens Siti’s referral. The clinic notes, the X-ray order and her history are already attached. Nobody asks her the same questions again. No test is repeated. Her admission, treatment plan and ward orders all build on the same record.

CHECKPOINT 03 · THE WARD
Every order, result, and dose on one timeline
All through her stay, every clinician sees the same live picture. Medicines given. Lab results back. Vital signs trending. Pharmacists, nurses and doctors work through the system instead of around it.

CHECKPOINT 04 · HOME
She goes home, still connected
Siti goes home. Her discharge summary is already back at her clinic. Her follow-up visit is booked. Reminders are on her phone. Her visit also joins the national health figures, and quietly strengthens the system that cared for her.

Blueprint to bedside.
Seven kinds of work that take a digital health programme from the first drawing to daily use, with support in place. Pick a line to read more.
Strategy, system design and road maps for digital health programmes. This runs from modernising one hospital to planning how a whole country shares health data.
▸ DIGITAL HEALTH STRATEGY▸ ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE▸ FHIR INTEROP BLUEPRINTS
Testing for systems that people’s health depends on. We plan the tests, automate them, check performance and review clinical safety before anything reaches a patient.
▸ TEST STRATEGY & PLANNING▸ TEST AUTOMATION▸ CLINICAL SAFETY REVIEW
Full setup of hospital and clinic systems. Configuration, moving old data across, connecting other systems, and training staff. Our go-live teams keep care running during the switch.
▸ CONFIG & LOCALIZATION▸ DATA MIGRATION▸ GO-LIVE COMMAND CENTER
Custom health software from teams who know both modern engineering and life on the ward. From apps used at the bedside to national registries.
▸ CLINICAL APPLICATIONS▸ INTEGRATION ENGINES▸ MOBILE + WEB
Certified leadership for large health IT projects with many suppliers. Clear governance, managed risk, and delivery measured in milestones met.
Quest 5 is the next version of QUEST3+. Malaysia’s drug control authority has used that system since 2017. We are rebuilding it with modern technology. The new platform brings the regulator’s whole medicines operation into one place: registration, drug safety monitoring, inspection, post-market checks, and case management. We are now in the requirements study stage. We walk through each approval path with the officers who run it.

Building EIS with PERKESO
The Employment Insurance System protects workers who lose their jobs. It gives them temporary income, helps them find work, and pays for retraining. Phase 1 is live. It handles claims, employer and employee records, and links to training providers. Phases 2 and 3 now add AI features. The full programme runs for five years, including support after each release.
